I am looking to buy my mother a sewing machine that is affordable (like 300) and sturdy. Preferably I would like the machine by Singer, but I don't know much about sewing. My mom has not sewed in about 2 years but prior to that sewed things like costumes or hemmed pants. Please if you know sewing machines give me an anwser; there is only 2 weeks before her birthday.

They looked like the haoir on top of a troll doll and would get a "messy hairdo" if you rolled the pencil between your hand quickly. I'm looking to purchas them and can't find them. Anyone know where I can find them or how I can make them myself?

I have my own scrapbooking business in AZ and I'm having trouble getting new customers. I've advertised in the local communities with flyers, handed out coupons, adverised on free website and even giving free shipping. I've got a super low budget and don't know what else to do. Would anyone please help. I know word of mouth is fabulous and If anyone in the Chandler, Mesa, GIlbert area in AZ would like to host a free party I'd also give away a few goodies to the host! You could check out my website at www.EliLolaScrap.com but I would really like a long term solution, anything would help. Thank you!

I am just learning how to knit (from a video) and they don't say anything about how to fix a mistake. I have kinda gotten the hang of knitting and purling but once in a while I screw up and get a big loop on one end. How can I fix it?
