Is this not hypocritical? I mean, I find rape immoral and I certainly would not want to even *fake* such immorality at any cost. So, any simulation of such an act would be hypocritical to my own moral code. I find human trafficking immoral, and I do not support it in any way...so I wouldn't seek to emulate such a practice. You see where I am going. So, okay. If you vegan persons feel meat is immoral, unethical and XYZ to the third power times infinity, why create a fake version of it? I just want to know. Everytime I see a box of boca burgers and not dogs I just want to grab the nearest humanoid herbivore and ask them why these abominations exist. Well...WHY do they?

exploiting animals?

Why?

1. He drinks milk and eats cookies (nonvegan I am sure)
(I have left him carrot sticks before and kale juice and he didn't so much as touch it!)

2. He exploits reindeers.

3. He delivers toys that have been fashioned by animal byproducts.

All vegans need to steer clear of this evil doer. I think we need a new Christmas Icon. Best new icon gets 10 free pts!

health and morality, then what can we do to help further spread vegan views and beliefs?

I am thinking we need more publicity. What do you think?

Pretty simple question... I'm considering becoming a vegetarian for health reasons, but I don't understand why people are against eating Eggs and Dairy products. Eggs and Milk/Yogurt/Cheese, etc is literally the fruit of the animal. It’s like being against eating tomatoes because it comes from a bush and your taking from the bush... Harvesting eggs doesn’t kill chickens and milking a cow isn't terminal... I just don't understand it, but I have an open mind so please enlighten me.

Thanks!

Now, I'm a omnivore and I can understand why some people would go vegetarian, but VEGAN? That's quite extreme like carnivore, fruitarian or even breatherian.

Also, vegans do you view vegetarians as FAKE hypocrites because they still eat animals and animal by-products?

I'm a vegetarian and I'm about to start a raw food diet. My question is I heard that diary was bad for you, but what if it is non pasterurized milk. Should I still not drink it. If not Please explain. This whole thing is making me confused. I want to be healthy and if drinking milk weather it's pasteurized or non pasteurized. Is not gonna benefit me then I'm done with it.

Why does PETA not list it under vegan cereal?
PETA lists another brand, not post, as vegan so....
What's wrong with Post Raisin Bran?! I ate a lot of it today thinking it was vegan =[. I hate it when that happens. All the ingredients looked fine!
Help, vegan friends!

I became vegetarian about 8 months ago, and I've been pretty depressed thinking I was giving up all the foods I've always loved. I've been giving a lot of thought to going back to eating meat. It was on my mind so much that I figured the only thing I could do is try to go back. I tried fish and chips. I tried sweet and sour chicken- 2 things I used to love, and they both tasted disgusting. I don't like meat anymore. How can I eat meat for 34 years, stop for 8 months and all of a sudden not like it?
Has this been the case for other vegetarians who have tried to go back to meat?

I'm new to vegetarianism (5 months, 1 month vegan) and I've so much to learn. I'd like to hear from other veg*ns to find out how they manage with things like:
Immunizations
Pregnancy & childbirth
medications
pain management
Health care providers (Dr or other type healer, methods)
Serious, chronic and terminal illnesses

Thank you for your help!

I want to cook for him, but I get disgusted of the smell of raw chicken, meat and pork. I also don't want to touch or cut it because I'm completely disgusted. What can I do?

It makes it harder to know he's not a salad person either. He's not crazy about vegetables. The only thing I can think of is stir-fried veggies with tofu and tofu skewers, but how tiring can that be? He's also not really into Meditteranean food or hummus, so these factors also make it hard.

Please help!

So, I must ask how vegetarians can accept to eat the dead body of a plant and don`t feel any guilt?

I want to become a vegetarian because I LOVEE animals to death and I don't want to have to eat them plus I don't like how meat tastes anyways. But I want to have a new diet that is still giving me my protein. I can't eat or drink any dairy because I am lactose intolerant. I do drink lactose free milk but that's it. And I hate tofu burgers and stuff. What can I do ?
