For breakfast I eat cereal, toast, fruit, Orange Juice.
Or scrambled tofu or waffles or pancakes or biscuits and gravy
For lunch I eat salad and an entree like a tofu sandwich, or sloppy joe made from veggie burger, or a pizza made from pita bread (as the crust), or soup or bean burrito
I don't usually snack unless I get some candy
Dinner I try to keep light.. Just a bit of snacking on cereal, popocorn, fruit, or at the heaviest.. a sandwich.

My girlfriend is a vegetarian, which pretty much means I'm headed in that direction too. The main thing she has issues with is protien, so you'll need to eat more beans, eggs, etc. She also will drink Soy Milk for the extra protien.
So I would say cereal/granola bars/fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and for dinner veggie burgers, pasta, whatever.

Almost ANY meal can be made vegetarian. In this day and age it's easy! There are every kind of faux meat imaginable. The fake stuff is just as high in protein yet lower in fat.
Try looking for Morning Star, Quorn, Amy's Kitchen, Seeds of Change, Tofurkey. These are all veggie brands that have Delicious foods.
Good luck, I've been veggie for almost 15 years and it's a good place to be, for you, for the animals, and for the planet.
PEACE :)

Good veggie eatin comes with years of experience! Just substitute as you go along, avocado or fruit instead of bacon or sausage, Subway's Veggie Delite is a great lunch, but any Taco Bell will generally leave off meat at your request, for dinner, the possibilities are practically endless! Pasta! Chinese food! Indian food! Thai food! Enjoy! =)

It's pretty easy to be veg: just avoid meat and meat stocks, gelatin, and rennet in cheese. Being vegan is a little trickier, but still, there's a lot more that you CAN eat than you cannot eat.
For resources: www.vegweb.com. It has lots of recipes.
www.vegdining.com and www.happycow.net will help you find vegetarian restaurants anywhere in the world.
And unless you eat only junk food or you don't eat enough food, you will almost certainly get ample protein.

A vegetarian weight-loss plan will be healthful and help with weight-loss or risky and complete of junk an analogous as the different. you would possibly want to study about easy foodstuff and a thanks to make healthful possibilities both way. the significant great thing about a plant depending weight-loss plan is that it immediately cuts out a lot of saturated fat-except you devour junk nutrition. the alternative to even if it is accurate for you is finally yours, yet do the analyze and be certain you recognize what you're doing, ok?
