But there kind of like lolly pops so I thought they'd contain it. IF it was in the product, they would HAVE to list it right?

I just dont want to eat gelatin crap.

If it isn't soft, it makes sense that there is no gelatin in it.
Gelatin is usually found in gummi candies.
Glycerin and gelatin are often found in soft candies such as Twizzlers and Gushers.

I used to buy bobs candy canes. It contains peppermint oil, sugar and coloring, obviously red 40, and that is crushed beetle.

Nothing is safe now a days.

So no, no gelatin, but it isnt vegan because of the crushed bugs, and techincally the sugar issue aswell

No most Candy Canes are Peppermint & just don't need the gelatin to hold it together. Good I luv them.

If the product had gelatin, it would probably have to be listed.

FD&C 40 is vegan; it's made of coal tar, not crushed beetles. That's carmine or cochineal.
