if i don't get anough protein I get sick, but my school sells only simple carbs and sugar, it is sooo irritating...
are there any quick high protein snacks that i could bring to school that can get me through the day? And i don't really like nuts so thats not an option.

If you choose to be a veggy is it like sexuality and it's because it's the way you are, or do you tell yourselves that its ok if you change your mind one day and start to eat meat again?

As a meat eater i just can't understand the other side. its like you are being stubborn to your urges.

I want to start a vegetarian diet, but I'm afraid of becoming undernourished and becoming underweight, etc. I'm already anemic, and so I don't want to make that worse. I don't know what the change in my eating patterns will affect. I've heard that sometimes your hair will fall out, and I don't want that.

I'm planning on eating eggs, and fish, but what else can I do to make sure I keep enough protein in my diet? Do I need to make sure and take specific vitamins? What specific nutrients do I need to make sure I'm getting?

Please remember, I'm next to clueless about everything related to this.

Everybody knows that eating meat is immoral. Should we allow these immoral people into church? I am trying to get churches in my neighborhood to ban these immoral people. That way they cannot infiltrate moral people with their hateful ways.

They say that people my age and older should eat lots of salmon, etc. but I'm trying to go vegetarian (or at least as close as possible) so I'd like some alternatives.

I need an easy, vegan, meal recipie. I am entertaining guests who are vegans and I want to serve something tastey they can eat. I like all veggies just about, I'm not picky.

Please don't harp on me with pro-meat-agruments. Thanks!

People answer the questions in here as though their opinions or tiny bits of knowledge are incontrovertible facts. Why is it that the people with the least legitimate, objective basis for their ideas on here seem to be the ones who are ******** about them, and rudest to those who disagree? Further, why is it that many of the individuals who readily acknowledge the potential fallibility of their own arguments seem to actually have the most solid factual evidence? What is with the people in this forum?

I need some recipes that won't produce mucous. I have an annoying phlegm cough after eating yogurt at breakfast time and a friend suggested not having milk or yogurt with my cereal.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Why would this happen I only asked it this afternoon?
my point was that people wouldnt be eating meat 100 years from now as there would be no space. fields and farms would be used for housing in this growing population.
whats wrong with that.?

products ... i have a terrible lifestyle, consume a lot of alcohol and other chemicals and I'm still very thin. I don't consume a lot of calories - rather my diet mostly consists of smart ones tv dinners and canned soups, and I eat fast food about once a week or once every two weeks. I want to detox my system and start getting healthy, but I think it's going to be hard to go vegan. Mind you, it's not a politically oriented decision because I believe in the concept of the food chain and eating other animals, but I know it's a tremendously healthy diet and I need some tips to help me change my lifestyle. Anyone have any insight?
