Because they're in denial... they know what the animals go through but care more about their tastebuds than they do compassion.

Because they are ignorant. For people who say "Thanks for the whatever, I am going to eat a steak now etc" Good. The sooner you die or become sickly, the better,,,,

why should i have compassion for whats going to be grilled at extremely high tempatures and then served on my plate with potatos.
I think im going to grill steak tonight thanks for the idea.
