Yep. Lightlife makes a tempeh bacon. You can also find a recipe for tempeh bacon in "Vegan with a Vengeance" by Isa Chandra Moskowitz.

I think Morningstar Farms has bacon-like strips, but they're not very good.

The Morningstar Farms fake "bacon" is REALLY GOOD ! I think the person who said it isn't probably didn't cook it long enough. It's AWFUL if you don't cook it until it's really crispy, but if you get it crisp, it's almost like the real thing. (Even my dog loves it and comes running when he smells it !)

Morning Star Streaky Strips (Vegetarian Bacon) It's found in the freezer department. A tip for you: As soon as you buy them, keep them frozen constantly – taking a cool bag for the trip home from the shop if needed. They’re still safe to eat if they thaw a little before you pop them into your freezer at home, allowing them to do this means they change shape slightly and stick to each other in wierd ways. If you avoid this, peeling off the one or two you need each time is a lot easier, and you generally can get them away in nice intact strips rather than have them snap into smaller pieces.

Then there is Smart Bacon.

Try Morningstar Farms breakfast strips (I think they are vegan). Also, check out the health food stores for other choices.

Morningstar has one that I really like.

If you go to the health food section in your grocery store, you may find other options.

absolutely.. alot of good grocery stores carry them in the freezer section..

The ones I've seen and tasted are delicious, but have egg in them, so they're definitely not vegan
