I love to cook, as long as it is quick and easy and tastes good. It can have a long cooking time, as long as it is quick to put together.
I'd appreciate everything from appetizers to main courses to desserts. Please feel free to include more than one recipe in your answer. Thanks for your contribution!

It's not old, just a little dark from being exposed to air. Is it bad for me, or just ugly?

How on earth do you make buffalo wings? I tried once and they came out terrible. I want them crispy like at Hooters, or bar wings.
If you can give me a recipe for honey hot wings, added bonus! If it looks REALLY good you'll get the 10 points. Thanks!

I need a really good cake recipe. It's for Halloween, so it would be appreciative if you gave it a Halloween theme, or Halloween ideas for the cake. Thanks soooooooo much. I'm really desperate. lol

I know the ginger is cut into quarter sized "coins" then simmered in sugar and water. At some point, gelatin is added then the ginger is removed, drained and rolled in sugar. When do I add the gelatin and how much is added?

I purchased a fruit mixture at a fair and now I would kill for the recipe. (Unfortunately the fair as moved on) There were chunks of McIntosh apples, green grapes and walnuts in a crème marshmallow type mixture. If anyone has any idea what this is please provide the recipe and the ten points are yours!

Man ... I made a horribly dry scrambled egg -cream sauce the other day ... AND lost a bunch of prosciutto in the process. :( Can anyone explain how to make an awesome creamy sauce like I'd find in Europe? Thanks!
