Usually, oregano is a standard, also can use an Italian Seasoning Blend, I like to make my own sauce and include basil, thyme and lots of garlic.

You can use a variety of herbs to your taste when making pizza. However, you are probably thinking of either oregano or Italian seasoning (which contains oregano).

Mainly Oregano,, a bit of Basil, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and to take away the bitterness of the tomato sauce,,,,sugar. I like to mix my mozzarella cheese with some shredded sharp Cheddar to "DING" up the flavor a bit.

Hmmmm....Lots of herbs.....Basil, Oregano, garlic, pepper
If you have a bottle of "Italian Seasoning", that has all of those herbs already in it. Just add salt and pepper to taste.

You can use basil, garlic, oregano-whatever your personal flavor preferences are. Also depends on what kind of pizza you are making.

oregano, and basil, sparingly. a little goes a long way. If you're making the sauce, be sure to throw a bay leaf in while it's simmering, and include garlic.

Use Italian Seasoning, It has all the basics you need for pizza. Use it sparingly as it is very strong.
