When boiling shrimp do you place the shrimp in the cold water and let them cook as the water gets hotter, or do you put them in once the water starts to boil and then for how long. I'll take all the advice anyone has to offer on how to boil shrimp and get them right.

Does this sound appealing, or should I try something else? Corned beef brisket cooked in a crock pot covered in a gumbo mix. If you think this is a bad idea, let me know or if you have any better recipes for corned beef brisket in the crock pot, please share. Thanks.

This is a relatively small salmon of about 4-5 lbs. It looks like I can eat it over a period of a day or two.

Otherwise known as southwestern spring rolls? They have chicken, corn, and a bunch of other stuff in them. SO delicious.

What sauce would go in them - something creamy and spicy... any thoughts?
