KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients

1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. dry garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika

mix flour and a packet of steak seasoning in 1 pie pan. mix eggs in another. rinse and towel blot dry chicken peices. use a deep fryer for more crispness and less mess and less time. work in batches of 3 or 4 pieces at a time. dredge first batch in flour, eggs, then flour again. put into fryer basket and cover to cook 3-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the pieces. a skinless boneless breast goes for like 4 minutes, tenders for 3, drumsticks for like 10. enjoy!

i dont exactly know if this is the receipe but it tastes similar!!
what you need:
flour
egg
black pepper
mixed spices
2 fillets of chicken
breadcrumbs
method:
mix the flour, mixed spices and black pepper together in a bowl.
dip the chicken into the beaten egg, then into the flour mix, dip back into the egg then into the bread crumbs, cook in fryer for about 30 minutes cut chicken in middle to make sure it is cooked through and then drain in kitchen roll to take of most of the oil!!

1) Dip it in buttermilk and roll it in flour
2) Dip it in buttermilk and roll it in flour again
3) Fry it in hot oil in a deep pan, thighs first, then legs, then breasts, then wings.
