I know how to set up the smoker and correct time/temperature, but wonder about preparing the meat. Dry rub? pepper? Mustard? Wine? Nothing? Looking for good Texas-style BBQ here. Thanks.

I am an american but my husband is from India. I know the basics of Indian cooking so i'm not a begginner and already probab;y have the ingredients and if I don't, I know when to get it from. I just want some good recipies from India that are not difficult or takes more than 1 day to make. So if you have one, meat or vegetarian please share it with me. I will pick the best one and award you with points.
Thanks for sharing!
Note please don't use metrics as mesurements, please stick to american measurements. Ex: tsp, tbsp, dash, cup etc...

I had a chocolate cake at Damon's in Ann Arbor one day, and the waiter checked to see if I liked it with inordinate enthusiasm. He said no one had complained yet.

Pardon me, but not everybody either gushes over chocolate or hates it. It's a piece of cake, for pete's sake. I had a tootsie roll just now, and angels didn't sing.

I've seen it in supermarkets here in Pennsylvania, and have always wondered. Do you spread it on toast for breakfast? Do you ice donuts with it. Do you do other things with it? What is up with lemon curd? Ohhh....and why is it callled that?
