can i turn it off

I absolutely hate it. At work or at home, when I am warming something up I make sure to either stop it with 2 seconds remaining, or make sure i am another room when it goes off. It is almost like an alarm clock..you know it is going to go off..but you hate hearing it and are never prepared.

I don't think there is a way to turn it off though.

not really only when i'm in a hurry & it keeps going on. nope can't turn it off. ppl who r deaf will be affected if there is no beeper. just live with it, we all have to or u could stop using a microwave. =)

nope it just there to let you that your food is ready. but i will tell you what i do hate the dryer buzzer it keeps buzzing after the close are dry until you go and open it nerve racking for sure.

No, you can't turn it off. It's a safety feature to keep one from burning down the house!!

Why would you hate the beeping... its there so you can leave the room and do other things while it is heating and then the beeping lets you know its done......

I am not sure if you can stop it!

I hate it too..lol..I usually open it like 1 sec before it stops

My Microwave says please enjoy your meal. I don't think you can turn it off though. Its cute.
