I love the webber bbq's but you need a temperature probe so the meat is cooked to your liking. Also by using Jack Danniell wood chips or smoked flavoured wood chips this makes your meats have a wonderful flavour. I bought a webber after being at friends place who did Pork and Beef for dinner on it.
