(I know some of you are getting tired of my questions) [:



So, I'm a Vegetarian (As some of you know)

And I really want to go Vegan.
I know theres animal blood, pus, antibiotics, hormones and other things in my milk...

And I know Organic milk isn't going to help because it still supports animal abuse.


I Absolutely LOVE Yogurt, And I can't live without it. ;[


I need help, Majorly...

Do you wonderful people know any brands/stores that may sell VEGAN:

yogurt
milk
cheese
cream cheese
sour cream
ice cream


And things like that?

I want to make slime, but i don't know the ingredients, and i don't know how to make it.

I do know that it maybe includes glue and cornstarch but do not know the order...

I've heard fish oil is much better than flax oil but I'm a vegan so I won't take fish oil. Any suggestions?

Here is mine.

1 rotisserie chicken cut up, chopped finely or use a cuisinart
(i only use the white meat for the chicken sald)
2 cups of chopped celery
2 cups of finly chopped walnuts
celery seed to taste
paprika to taste
mix with hellman's mayonnaise to desired taste.

It's delish, promise!

I currently dont eat any meat but i do take in dairy. However, the past month, i've been getting headaches which seem to originate from my temples. I learned that a iron deficiency can cause the arteries near your brain to swell and cause headaches. I've had a blood test and i know i'm low on iron. I tried taking supplement, and eating more iron rich foods but nothing has worked. SHould i start to eat seafood? Or should i become entirely meat eater, i dont want to become a meat eater but i cant take these headaches anymore.

How can I make a spicy pasta salad? My friend makes this amazing spicy mackeral pasta salad to take to uni and its full of vegetables, and I want to take one too. She gives me a bite and I'm like gobbling the whole thing. She said she uses spices to achieve flavour but when I do it I get a mouthful of curry powder :S

I am going to type the recipe EXACTLY as it appears in the book, and then how I have translated it thus far, any help would be appreciated.

RESIPEE FOR CUKIN KON-FEELPEES

Rense your pees, parbile them, then fry em with som several slices uv streekt. Middlin, incouragin uv the gravy to seep out and intermarry with your pees. When modritly brown, but not scorcht, emplty intdo a dish.

Mash em gently with a spune.
Mix with raw tomarters, sprinkled with a little brown sugar. And the immortal dish ar quite ready. Eat a hepe, eat mo and mo. It is good for your general helth uv mind and body. It fattens you up, makes you sassy, goes throd and throd your very soul. But why don't you eat? Eat on. By jings. Eat. Stop! Never while thar is a pee in the dish.
