If you've got the munchies, I'm assuming that you ought to have something crunchy so that it satisfies your "itchy teeth"! Muruku or tapioca chips (keropok would be kinda oily tho) work great and are inexpensive--although can't say much about the fat content!
Or, if you're weight conscious and still want something crunchy, opt for japanese seaweed crackers which are very low in fat and can be found at Cold Storage!

It's going to sound gross, but any leftovers in the fridge. I grab a spoon and just dig in to the cold leftovers while standing in front of the fridge. If there's no leftovers, it's a piece of deli ham and a slice of cheese rolled up.
