Definitely, thats a Booze....n the shape of the bottle suggests dat its a Burgundy, a french wine.

Looks like one of those Jones brand Sodas - it is a company that makes odd flavors like Gravy and Turkey as well as apple and pumpkin pie.Some root beers and cream sodas also come in a brown bottle. Hope this helps!

I tried to blow it up but it became too fuzzy to read....sorry. But it sure looks like a wine or beer bottle to me. Can't say for absolute, though.
After looking again, I think the bottle is a very dark green color. Looking where his hand is...
which would rule out the root beer theory.

It's difficult to say as the label isn't read-able.
Judging from the color and size of the bottle, it being alcoholic is a very good bet.
