You can spread it on hot buttered toast,
use it in baking recipes instead of sugar,
drizzle it over your weetabix,
stir a teaspoonful of honey and a teaspoonful lemon juice into a mug of hot boiled water from the kettle when you've got the cold,
take a teaspoonful straight to soothe a sore throat,
drizzle it over ice cream then sprinkle with chopped nuts,
add honey to crushed digestive biscuits and use as a cheesecake base,
drizzle over a fresh fruit salad!

honey is one of the key ingredients to making a delicious BBQ sauce, and personally when I have a cough, I eat a spoonful of honey every hour on the hour and it soothes the throat, besides that I love the taste of honey. You can use it in hundred of ways, you can add a little bit to a bottle of shampoo and it will give the fragrance of honey to your hair. When I make lemonade, I add honey in as well as simple syrup.

some people eat it on bread crackers, mix it with peanut butter and make spreads, brush it onto chicken during the last few minutes of grilling, it is used for a pancake syrup, it is used in baking, sweetening coffes and teas, it is used in pies and candy making.....it is also whipped into butter for a spread, it can be added to bakined beans, BBQ sauce etc etc...it is also mixed with lemon juice to soothe a sore throat....
The main uses of honey are in cooking, baking, spreading on bread or toast, and adding to various beverages such as tea . Because honey is hygroscopic (drawing moisture from the air), a small quantity of honey added to a pastry recipe will prevent it from becoming stale. Raw honey also contains enzymes that help in its digestion, as well as several vitamins and antioxidants. Eating wild honey from your near your home can help build up resistence to hayfever and other pollen alergies.
As a general guide, when using honey recipes, use less of honey because it is almost twice as sweet as sugar. Replace one cup of sugar for half a cup of honey, and because honey is hygroscopic (meaning it attracts water), reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe by 1/4 cup for each cup of honey added.
Give longer time for beating and more vigorous beating compared to sugar recipes, and when baking with honey.
Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda for each cup of honey used. This will neutralize honey's acidity and help the food rise.
Reduce the oven temperature by 25 degrees Fahrenheit. Honey batter becomes crisp and browns faster than sugar batter.
When using honey in jams, jellies, or candies, increase the cooking temperature just a bit to allow the extra liquid to evaporate.
The floral variety of the honey should be considered when cooking with honey since honey will impart some of its flavor.

Honey:
How sweet is honey?
Measure for measure, the fructose in honey makes it sweeter than sugar.
Honey at 21 calories per teaspoon -- just slightly higher than sugar -- is about 2 times as sweet.
Relaxing honey bath:
Put 2 oz of honey in a glass with 5 drops of lavender oil.
If the honey is too thick, heat it by placing the glass in warm water.
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the honey-lavender mixture to your bathwater to help you relax and combat insomnia.
Heals abrasions by drawing excess water from the tissues and reducing swelling.
In addition, honey contains a germ-killing substance called inhibine, which helps prevent infections.
Spread the honey directly on the wound and cover with a sterile bandage.
Help for hay fever:
Honey contains grains of pollen that, over time, may have a desensitizing effect, making it useful for the relief of allergies.
Hay fever sufferers are advised to eat honey that has been harvested locally.
For relief of asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory ailments:
Honey is an outstanding household remedy that can be used in combination with various medicinal herbs.
For relief of coughs and wheezing associated with bronchitis or other minor respiratory ailments, mix 1 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh thyme in a little honey.
Take the mixture orally as needed to soothe inflamed lungs and airways.
The main uses of honey are in cooking, baking, as a spread on breads, and as an addition to various beverages such as tea and as a sweetener in commercial beverages such as Sprecher's root beer.
Because honey is hygroscopic (drawing moisture from the air), a small quantity of honey added to a pastry recipe will retard staling.
Raw honey also contains enzymes that help in its digestion, several vitamins and antioxidants.
Honey is the main ingredient in the alcoholic beverage mead, which is also known as "honey wine" or "honey beer" (although it is neither wine nor beer).
It is also used as an adjunct in beer.
Beer brewed with more than 30% honey as a source of sugar by weight, or mead brewed with malt (with or without hops), is known as braggot.
Its glycemic index ranges from 31 to 78 depending on the variety.
hope this helped. good luck.

If I don't use it in bread, my main use is to put a good drizzle of honey in my balsamic dressing. It lightens up the tartness of the vinegar and garlic.
