That's a really popular choice. I work at a pizza shop and make ALOT of pizzas. Here's what I know to be the most popular two-topping combinations.
1) Pepperoni and Sausage
2) Pepperoni and Onions
3) Pinapple and Ham
4) Sausage and Onions
5) Tomatoes and Feta
6) Pepperoni and Extra Cheese
7) Bacon and Ham
8) Pepperoni and Mushrooms
9) Pepperoni and Black Olives
10) Double Pepperoni
My personal favorite is the ham and pinapple.
