Maybe look into getting little plastic credit cards printed up with the details of the party...that'd be cute. Or get some shopping bags from some high-end stores and print out your invite and paste it to the bag? Also, you could get some cheap plastic toy cell phones from a toy store and print up the details really small and paste it to the plastic screen of the cell phone (I'd use a flip phone). Those items I mentioned all all small enough to mail in a small box. Or, speaking of boxes, send out a small box of high-end chocolates like Godiva with a pretty ribbon around it and your invitation tied on like a gift tag. I'm not sure your budget at all here, so sorry if I'm way off. Get little MP3 players with the voice record feature and record your invitation on there (off my Super Sweet 16). Print up fake $100 on your computer (play money not counterfeit obviously) and print the information on that. Or, just do a really pretty wedding-like invitation. That would look classy. Sounds like a fun party, good luck and happy birthday!

How about printing your invitations on a directors clapboard? Maybe a popcorn bag would also be a fun idea ( popcorn..movies..get it? ) After you print the party info. on the front, fill the bag with popcorn. You can get huge bags of popcorn at Sam's. They will remember the invitation, I promise you. Both items are available at the site below
