I just bought a new dehydrator and i want to make beef jerkey. what is the best type of meat to use. the booklet says to cut as much fat off as i can, but doesn't state what kind of beef to use.

I have some premade hamburger patties that we bought a while back. Im picky about food. The label said use or freeze by June 17th. They have been in the freezer since we have got them. Are they still good to make or should I throw it out? If its still good then what kind of seasonings can I put on the burger to make it taste better? ( we will be grilling )

i have this waffle maker and every single time i try to make waffles in it they always fall apart!.... it has a non stick surface yet the top part of the waffle sticks to the top and the bottom to the bottom so i never have a perfect waffle.... my question is how long to i keep the waffle in the maker so it doesn't fall apart on me?...

I'm making Potatoes Au gratin from scratch because my family does not like that boxed stuff, so I know the normal cooking time for that dish is anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour, so is there anything I can do to the potato (boil it, microwave it, etc..) so that they will be baked much faster? My son is turning one in September. I am using the theme "One Special Boy". I have looked at so many party stores online for favors and everything. I am wanting to do imprintable invitations. I found some at a web site but for some reason I can not remember it. They were cardstock I believe. And had a blue border with dots. The middle was empty.
Also, I had found a site with loot bags. It had two different ones that went with the One Special Boy. Any suggestions?

Can anyone give me ideas for her birthday party because there are only two other children there (boys 9 and 10) the rest are adults. What should I serve for food, dessert, etc. Should I just keep it short and sweet or paly a game or two with adults? Party is inside but we have a huge backyard, pool, no close neighbors. I have already bought her party decorations. They are simple #1 lime green, pink yellow with a teddy bear. SHould I have traditional cake and ice cream or just a sundae bar? Thank you!!

My daily diet goes something like this

2 gallons of raw grassfed milk
8tbsp. of Organic Ghee Butter
3 Raw eggs per day
Maybe once a week about 6 servings of vegetables
Maybe once a week a couple handfulls of fruit

(this is my actual diet, but I am just pointing out the blatent overuse of the word vegetarian, I mean after all I have technically been vegetarian for a few months, think of all the studies that could have been twisted now with this logic I showed you)
