I have not heard of compari soda but I do have a bottle of Campari in my cabinet. It's an aperitif and particularly good when mixed with soda and a twist of lime. Campari is available where liquor is sold.

campari is an italian aperitif, available it the us. campari soda is what you get, when you pour a little campari in a glass, and fill it up with soda !

I don't know but you could just make some, mix campari & carbonated water
