We made Chana Dal and some greens (indian style) with some rice. For dessert we had pineapple sherbert! yuummmmy

I'm not a veg. but we go meatless 3-5 times a week. Last night was my homemade veggie saute sauce w/ cannelini beans over wheat pasta and a salad. Finished off the berries from my generous neighbor for dessert.

i made an omelette but i lightly coated my pan with olive oil put the stove on like 3-4 then i whisked 3-4 eggs with pepper, hot sauce, seasoning, and garlic salt i put it on the pan and cut 3 mushrooms, 2 tomatoe slices, one dill pickle, 1/4 clove of galic, 1 green onion, 2 slices of white onions and put some 1 tsp salsa 1/3 spoon of galic spread and pickle juice to taste i stirred it with the veggies and then coated my omelette with mozzarella flavored veggie shreds and then added the veggies and let it cook for a minute and the took it off served on a red plate added salsa and with fresh basil on the side =D

A vegetarian tofu kabob thing- it had some soy garlic black bean sauce thing- it was yummmy!
Basically, it was made with cubes of tofu marinated in a soy sauce and garlic marinade. Then the kabobs were grilled and dipped into a black bean sauce that had onions in it... I can get the recipe if you want.

I had vanilla soy yogurt with blueberries mixed in, a cup of butternut squash soup, and a grilled sandwich with veg bacon (Smart Bacon), vegan mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. Delicious.

a pb&j sandwich with soymilk
a plum, a handful of cashews and 1/2 cup of all bran for desert
and lots of water

Grilled Venison tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, smoked pork sausage, macoroni and cheese and a salad with fresh veggies out of my garden.
Tonight- Hamburger steak, rice and gravy, purple hull peas and sliced tomatoes.
