i went to get an application from ben and jerrys and they told me that i would have to come up with my own application and that it has to be creative does anybody have any ideas

Hmmm...how about make your resume a "recipe" for your own special "Give Freeze A Chance" flavor? (You get the idea.) List your experience and skills as "ingredients" and then for directions, say something like "Blend together in cool environment to produce one wicked-good employee". (Again, you get the idea!) Good luck! P.S. I'd call my flavor "Cocoa Ca-Choo, Mrs. Robinson."

This is probably stupid, but...
Make up an application with your info and add images of ice cream in the background. Then roll it up like a cone, and put some Easter grass or shredded colored paper on top to look like an ice cream cone and hand it to the manager.

make a flyer on the computer, advertising a new ice cream creation, give it a name, and and advertise yourself as the new ben & jerrys "must have" item its what i'd do, , good luck
