I went to Trader Joes for wine for my parents. I found out they had several types. What's the difference between the wines and what foods are you suppose to eat with each wine?
The red wines were Shiraz, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvingnon. The white wines were Sauvingnon Blanc and the Chardonnay.

Does anyone have any reccomendations for good Vegetarian cookbooks?

I'm really looking for recipes that aren't really 'fancy' or 'gourmet'...I'm just learning how to cook, so I'd like to start with easier things first!

For a driver, the police have all kinds of tests and checks to determine whether the driver is under the influence of booze. But, it seems that a cop can just see someone "staggering" home, and throw him or her in the slammer. Is that true, or do the police need to adminster the same tests to a pedestrian as a driver before locking the drunk up?

hey guys im getting closer and closer to being 15, and
im deciding on either having a sweet 15, or going on
a trip but im still not sure, anyways if i do decide on doing the

for my sweet 16 i want to do somthinG special. I like swimming, and im think of havinf a party at the ten center at ymca they provide pizza, chips drinks.decorations ect. You can use the party room, pool and gym..they also hav inflastables . In teh party room im gonna bring my lap top [we can watch dvds} and my freind is bringing a game cube. not that ALL of my freins that will be there LOVE computers and video games. we will also bring other girl stuff. I am about to hopefully receive an offer for a new job. I have had a cruise planned for 3 mos. between Aug 18-23rd. If I get the offer when do I tell my employers that I need that time off. I am making a cake today for my son's birthday and am making homemade buttercream icing. Come to find out I am short on powdered sugar. So I added marshmallow fluff and cream cheese to it to give it some consistancy. Not thinking before I did it, that marshmalow fluff has corn syrup in it, I had the opposite effect happen and it only went thinnner.

So I was wondering if I could use flour or cornstarch to thicken up the icing at least so it would stay on the cake and not totally run off....without making it taste like flour?
