Okay so I have never been a meatball eatting person, but this past christmas I went with my mom to her office christmas party, they had a caterer and one of the items they had was Swedish Meatballs.... I imediatley feel in love! My question, does anybody know of an easy recipe used by caterers that I could convert to a crock pot recipes and when I have the time an oven recipe? actually I'm not even sure if they go in the oven! lol But I do know they had a creamy sauce that kinda reminded me of a cream of mushroom soup. Thanks anybody who can help me!

I'm 16.
And I recently been persuaded about becoming a vegatartain.
I think it's the right thing to do.
But my parents think I'm too young and still finding who I am.
They say I need meat to help me grow and develop.
But I strongly feel different.
At dinner, they cook meat even knowing I'm against it.
and if i refuse to eat it, i get grounded, and everything gets taken away from me.
ipod, cellphone, the works.
How do I make them understand?

How are Dippin Dots made?
I was enjoying a cup of Dippin Dots yesterday and began to ponder the science of them... Does anyone know how they are made? Or can anyone direct me to a site where I can find out? Thanks all!

I really love baking but have recently become more aware of what I am making. What is spelt flour like with baking? How does it taste?
Is there a baking alternative to brown sugar? I use evaporated cane juice crystals instead of sugar and it works great.

I have tried a lot of ways to keep the sprouts from getting mushy.. I open and spread out the sprouts to add a little air-drying.. (not too much!), and then close up again. I try not to let them get too cold or too hot.. anyone else deal with buyiing, storing & eating the brand-named sprouts?

The recipe I can't find didn't even call for the fruit to be cooked beyond the barest simmer (with a little sugar and lemon). Can anybody share a favorite recipe for summer pudding that involves no cooking or minimal cooking? I have a flat full of beautiful ripe berries that won't last past tomorrow. THANKS!

Both meals have a very special place in my heart. I love a well done end cut of prime rib, well done and eating the herbal crust rub on the meat, or the well roasted skin of the turkey. Either way, both are incredibly delicious. What do you all think?
