I have tried a lot of ways to keep the sprouts from getting mushy.. I open and spread out the sprouts to add a little air-drying.. (not too much!), and then close up again. I try not to let them get too cold or too hot.. anyone else deal with buyiing, storing & eating the brand-named sprouts?

I usually eat my sprouts w/in 3 days of buying them. I found that they don't last much longer than that.
Like you - I take them out of the container when I first get them and pat them dry a bit w/ a paper towel. That seems to help. Other than that, I don't do anything speical besides keep them in the crisper away from other foods that have a lot of moisture.
Good luck!
