anyone have a recipe for this? I know it has pudding, powdered sugar and of course peanut butter. but not sure how it all comes together.

PEANUT BUTTER STREUSEL

1 Keebler butter flavor ready crust
1/2 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Brush pie crust with 1 egg yolk and place on cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven, allow to cool. Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle 2/3 of mixture over pie crust.
Next mix sugar, cornstarch and slowly add milk. Cook to boiling, reduce heat and cook 2 minutes longer. Blend small amount with remaining yolks and pour back into custard mixture. Cook an additional 2 minutes at low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture on top of pie. Broil for 1 minute. Cool and serve.

Chocolate N Peanut Butter Strudel

Ingredients:
1 cup nestle swirled peanut butter and milk chocolate chips, divided
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Directions:
1 . Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a baking sheet.
2 . Unfold one pastry sheet on baking sheet. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup chips to 1/2-inch of the edges.
3 . Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, egg, powdered sugar and flour in a small bowl until smooth.
4 . Dollop mixture over chips and pastry, and carefully spread to within 1/2-inch of the edges.
5 . Dampen the edges of pastry with water using a pastry brush.
6 . Cut remaining pastry sheet into 1-inch strips. Placing them in a lattice fashion one inch apart. Trim off the excess where needed.
7 . Press ends of lattice to seal.
8 . Bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown.
9 . Place remaining 1/3 cup chips over filling between lattice strips while still hot out of the oven.
10 . Let stand for 10 minute Cut into pieces and serve warm.
