When you scrub fruits and vegetables clean with a brush. . .???

. . .do you also scrub away the nutrients??? I know you're suppose to scrub to take out the pesticides, but do you also take out the nutrients as a consequence??

If hosting a dinner where you're serving fish, are goldfish in a bowl a good centerpiece?

I'm opening up a business, it has nothing to do with food, it's a school to teach English as a second language.
I'm inviting some friends who work in human resources and might get me many students coming to my school.

I want to serve their choice of either a fish or salmon fillets with two sides; shrimp and tuna croquettes.

I want to get some round tables, some fish bowls, and some cheap fish that can live like a week in a bowl without any special equipment.

Are live fish swimming on a bowl a good centerpiece for a fish dinner?

oh man, y'all know about pickle juice?

Someone just asked if his girlfriend was weird cause she drinks pickle juice.
vinegar---the main ingrediant in pickle juice, is awesome.
in the days when slaves rowed ships for the Romans, they were given vinegar to keep them rowing harder.
when Jesus was on the cross, they tried to give him vinegar so they could torture him a bit longer
during the winter in Valley Forge, George Washington's troops were often hungry, and unpaid. When they got paid, the dumb ones (like me) bought rum, the smart ones bought vinegar
when I take a cross-country car trip, I buy a jar of Claussen pickles, and when the pickles are gone, I drink the juice. I can easily drive 20-30 hours without caffeine---just pickle juice.
when my pickles are gone, I drink the juice, or hard-boil eggs and put them in the jar. Eggs thus prepared last for years at room temperature, but taste best after a couple of weeks
vinegars awesome for feminine hygeine
If you work in the heat, it'll keep thirst away. Electrolytes

Best Ice Cream Flavor and/or Company?

ok I would have to say coldstone's Birthday cake remix is my favorite than I love Ben & Jerry's Chocolate chip cookie dough and their new flavor Americone Dream which is Vanilla with chunks of chocolate covered waffle cone pieces and a caramel swirl and then theres just plain old vanilla...
