Hello taffy ropes used to be a quarter and ice creams were at most fifty cents.

i used to work on a Mister Softee ice cream truck in 1984. Srawberry shortcakes were 50 cents but then again, in 1949 movies were a nickel. It's called inflation. Also gas is a lot more expensive now then ever before. Thank you dubbya.

Back in the 70's a extra large mike shake was 50 cents, and a regular size was 35 cents.

Yeah.. but I remember when it was an ice cream TRUCK.. now what I see out here is a freaking mini van.. it's kind of creepy looking.. lol
