I love boneless skinless chicken marinated in lemon juice, soy sauce, and vinegar then grilled with a side of white rice. I dunno what its called but it's a filipino dish. My husband made that for me a couple of times when we moved in together.

Thai Food, the unique way of using spices, herbs, lime juice and fish sauce, the varieties .. the salads, the curry, I love tom yam kung soup and pad Thai noodle a lot. Green chicken, green papaya salad, spicy hot squid salad, Thai style roast chicken, .. etc... Thai Food is my favourite Sout East Asian cuisine.
My second choice is Vietnamese!

Mmmm, Asian food... I live near the supposedly best Thai restaurant in Northern California, and the best, most delicious food there is the Tom Ka Gai (did I spell that right? lol).

Vietnamese food. Fresh and flavorful, with rich seasoning. Vegetables that snap and juice in the mouth. Thai next, then Malaysian.

It's Indian, but I just love Dosas. The are a thin dal pancake filled with a potato mixture served with samba. Don't really know why......just like the taste.

Love Thai food. My most favourite is Hormok. It is steamed fish dumpling in red curry miture set in banana leaf.
But there are so many good dishes that it is hard to pick jsut ONE favourite dish.
(and, just in case the spelling police are out tonight - yes, that is how we spell "favourite" in this country)
