Tell her to eat whatever she wants... hamburgers, easy mac, ice cream, chips... She has a whole supermarket to choose from!

Keep your fingers away from her mouth if she's so hungry she'll yell at you! An apple usually takes away the immediate hungries since it is high in sugars and has a good deal of fiber also... or a banana even. Carrots are good, too.

Is she trying to lose weight then eat some veggies and fruit. They are full of fiber which will make you full faster and not feel so hungry. Or she can cook things with benefiber which is powder you can add to almost anything without altering with the taste much. IF she isn't concerned about her weight and she's just hungry go to Chipotle and order a chicken burrito with a side of chips and guac!! If that doesn't fill her up I don't know what will. HAHAHA and it tastes ohhh soo yummy!!

The healthier her diet, the less hungry she'll be all the time. Tell her especially cut out, or at least down on, processed (simple) carbs and sugar. Fiber, protein, and a little fat will keep her fuller longer.

First she has to realize that it may be thirst and not hunger that she feels. Many times when someone thinks they are hungry they are actually thirsty or dehydrating.

A burger. And some watermelon. And corn on the cob. Heck, just have a barbecue!

I would recommend anything high in fiber, it keeps you fuller longer. Follow that up with lots of water!
