Everyone has their secrets, these are ones that work for me.

Drink A LOT OF WATER before you start to drink. I'd say about 4-5 bottles worth a couple of hours before you drink. your body will be plenty hydrated for the rest of the night. Dehydration is what causes most of the unpleasant feelings you get in the morning. It dosen't hurt to have a bottle or two (of water!!) somewhere during the night.

This one is risky and I only do it once in a great while. Take Extra strength Tylanol 2-3 hours berofe you drink. I tried on a couple of occasions and it works. It's risky and I wouldn't recomend doing it on a contant basis.

This one is a great way to calm your nerves. The first thing in the morning put a little Baliey's Irish Cream and a little whiskey in your coffee. A hangover is like your body is going through a withdrawl. Your body misses the presence of alcohol. The caffeen will give you that much needed boost of energy, it will satisfy your body, and it tastes F'N amazing!!!

I think this one only works for me, but I drink Chocolate Milk the morning after and it settles my stomach and it eases headaches.

I do not suffer from hangovers so dont need a cure. I make sure that when i get in from the pub, I consume at least 2 pints of tap water and have something to eat like cheese on toast, or a sandwhich, but something a little more wholesome than kebab, burger, etc.
Also it helps to know when to stop drinking, yes I like a binge every so often and can consume some vast quantity of Ales, but I also know when it is time to leave.

Right.Assuming reasonable consumption night before, when you wake its nice to find a bottle of badoit by the bed, so i put one there before i go out. After you've drunk that in the morning,go back to sleep for an hour, then I have 3 effervescent codeine tablets,2 Sainsburys` revive tablets, and sometimes a Hairy Lemon tablet, dissolved in a pint of water.Codeine for its painkiller qualities,Revive for the massive dose of B12,H.L.for more B12,and a big dose of caffeine After that a bit of a kip, then more fizzy water.
If you dint have the luxury of all this lying about-not your bed, perhaps someones carpet,I carry a bag with a couple of 400mg ibuprofen, four 50+multivitamins (loads of B12 again) anda couple of zantack you can wash these down with a bottle of milk as you make your getaway!

never be embarrassed about a hangover, its proof to onlookers that you probably cant remember the terrible things you did last night,so they put you down as a drunkard, rather than a pervert

Drink a LOT of water right before bed. Headaches are caused by dehydration. Also, pop an advil before bed. You'll wake up fine. In the morning have a large breakfast to replenish lost nutrients.

At least 2 full glasses of cold water directly before bed, several hours sleep followed by a good meal and some fresh air. Not a cure but it definately helps!

I rarely drink but when I do it can lead to a bit of a session. The best thing I've found is to make a really spicy hot chilli and scoff that down. Its hard work but you sweat all the toxins out of your system and an hour later you feel great!

prevention is beter than cure!! I would try drinking the same amount of water after the alcohol and milk before you go out. I know this seems a little sad, but just lateley, i have been watching everyone else get leathered and it is quite humorous!!

If you have a hangover take tylenol for headache. Eat toast, or a bagel, or crackers for stomach upset. And drink gatorade and water to rehydrate. Rest and stay out of the sun. Good luck!
