Champagne Punch
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (small can)
1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (small can)
1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed (may use 1 small can pineapple juice concentrate, thawed)
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
1 (2 liter) bottle champagne, chilled (use Barefoot or Mumm Napa for best result)
Mix the juice concentrates in punch bowl (do not add water).
Stir in the Gingerale then add the Champagne (do not stir after adding the champagne!)
** Note ** The large bottles of Gingerale and Champagne should be equal volumes (I use 2 L. bottles).
I freeze edible flowers in a ring mold with a bit of lemon juice and ice trays for decoration and to limit dilution.
Cheers!

Kir Royale Punch -- champagne and chambord -- about 1/4 cup of chambord per bottle of champagne.
Mimosa Punch -- champagne and orange juice (if you're putting ice in the bowl, use frozen oj and don't use as much water) -- about 2:1. Adding some Peach Schnappes is great too! float orange slices in the punchbowl.

Just a tip, if you are going to make a champagne punch, dont use champagne, what a waste - use sparkling wine. stick to the basics.
Bucks fizz - Champagne + OJ
Kir royal - Champagne + Creme de cassis (Blackcurrent)
or Champagne with Chambord (raspberry liquer)
or the best one in my view for the summer
Bellini - its Italian and its Champagne and White peach puree.
