I know that you can add orange or cranberry juice no problem to vodka and they get the job done. Any other suggesstions as to what could easily mix with it and still taste good?

Is it possible to train them to eat healthy food or can we accept this anti-social behaviour???

So I just had a can of Coke chased with grapefruit and it was wonderful. It got me thinking: Coke with lemon has a sour taste. Instead of lemon, substitute grapefruit and it would have a more tangy, bittersweet flavor. If Coke made it, would you drink it?

I have a large family (7 people) and we go through about 10 gallons of milk a week, it was fine when milk was only $2.25 a gallon but now it is $3.99, I was thinking about buying powdered milk for things like cereal and cooking...does any one drink powdered milk and is their a big difference in the taste. Also what is the best kind to buy.

I made a Ramen noodle salad (with cabbage, dressing, chopped veggies) and after a few minutes of eating it, my tummy was aching really bad and hurt all night long. The last time I ate Ramen noodles (4 years ago) my tummy hurt like that too.

Is it the MSG possibly? (I do love Chinese food and don't have a problem with that)

Just wondering if others have had a similar reaction to Ramen noodles.

Any ideas of a good way to cook this - I dont like it just as a vegetable (would prefer cabbage) but is there a recipe that uses spinach as a main ingredient?

I over-invited. I'm having a tapas picnic and I only have an 8 person picnic table. It would cost me quite a bit to rent another picnic table so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for seating. Or if it's needed at all? Has anyone ever heard of a BYOLC (Bring Your Own Lawn Chair) and would this be incredibly bad form on my part to make people bring their own seating? Any advice would be lovely.

At 49 I’m new to being a bachelor again. Sorry for this silly question,
Can I make Mac and cheese that requires milk with evaporated milk? Also can I use evaporated milk on rice crispes?
Thank-you in advance,
Brian S.

Hi, i did an experiment on the effects of different cooking methods on protein food and i chose chicken breast. i chose steaming, baking and stir-frying for the experiment. please note that all factors are constant before cooking(weight of chicken, time of each cooking method). the problem now is after each cooking methods, i had to weigh the cooked chicken breast. but instead of weighing them first, i tasted the chicken, and now the weight aren't accurate. i need your help and tell me which cooking method will cause the chicken breast to decrease its weigh the most and the least. i need to know it in sequence for these 3 cooking methods i've chose (steaming, baking, stir-frying)

to those chefs, really need your help.

I am a vegetarian, but I would really like to stop drinking milk because I have read that it is unhealthy. The problem is my mother. She does not agree with my choice to be vegetarian and says she is 'putting her foot down' and not letting me be a vegan. She also says she read an article about how bad soy milk is for people.

My mother is not a very open-minded person and refuses to listen to anything that she does not already agree with. I have tried to tell her all the nutrients found in milk, like calcium and protein, can also be found in soy milk. She refuses to think soy protein, or any plant protein for that matter, is as good or better than milk and seems to think I am lacking protein... I actually counted up my protein one day just to see, and I ate a little over 50 grams without even trying. I tried to show her this...

How bad is milk, and how can I convince her to let me drink soy milk?

My Daughter's bday is coming up. A small gorup of 4 yr old will be in attendance. I know at least one boy is allergic to milk and eggs. I really do not want to bake a dairy free cake myself. It will be a hot Sat early 10-12. I think i may be o.k not doing cake. What can I do that the kids will be just as excited for? Sorbet..Jello with gummy fish? ( under the sea / mermaid theme fyi)Novelty popscicles. But what else? Something else? I've seem a recipe for a watermelon cake usuing real watermelon and cool whip. Is cool whip dairy/egg free? I know I can just do a reg . cake. Most Moms with kids with allergies bring their own treat. Since it will be only about 6 I'd prefer for everyone to be included. Someone will have a great idea I can feel it!!!
