I know that you can add orange or cranberry juice no problem to vodka and they get the job done. Any other suggesstions as to what could easily mix with it and still taste good?

Vodka and soft drink of any variety. Vodka and Cranberry Juice (if you add a lime wedge it becomes a 'Cape Cod') Vodka and Orange juice (also known as a Screwdriver... exactly why I have no idea) Vodka and ginger beer (... a lime wedge also magically transforms the drink into a Moscow Mule)

An old time favorite for me is vodka & Gatorade. I have found when I mix with Gatorade, I don't become as dehydrated as I would mixing with other mixes. There's plenty of flavors to pick from too, so I get a few bottles for variety. Sure does help cut down on the headaches the next day.

How about Vodka Still Works?

Ice (crushed is best)
1 shot of vodka (or however much you like)
about 6-7 drops of Angostura Bitters
Fill the rest up with Ginger Ale.

When I make these, my husband likes it if I add a couple of tablespoon of superfine sugar and mix before I add the ice and ginger ale.

Try pineapple juice or those welches mixed fruit juices in the carton. My favorite is cranberry and pineapple. Also try tomato juice with a dab of tabasco sauce.
