I've paid as little as $3 and as high as $30. i don't agree that paying more than $10 makes one a wine snob anymore than paying $60 for a pair of Nike's makes one a jock. people simply allocate what they deem appropriate for the pursuit of the things they love/enjoy. my average wine purchase (per bottle) is closer to $12.
cheers for 2 buck chuck! I'll have to keep an eye out for a bottle.

You can easily find decent wines for $10-$15. But, from personal experience, Two Buck Chuck is not worth the hoopla. I have tasted it in blind tastings (when you don't know what you are tasting, the bottles are bagged so you can't see the labels) and hated it every time. Just dreadful stuff.

depends on what you are drinking and how much you wanna pay
people still drink boones farm at $3 a bottle
i drink wild vines and it goes for under $8 a bottle.
i also drink gallo family mescato and that goes for about $10 a bottle.
there is another wine i get that costs $15 for a small bottle...
it's all in what you like and what you are willing to pay.

I comprehend your dilema. next time you bypass out mutually, request seperate tests up front, so as that rather of splitting the bill, each and each guy or woman is procuring precisely what they ate or drank. in case you won't be able to chop up the verify, divide out the meal calmly, and then upload her wine to her quantity to put in. as an instance "ok, all human beings owes $25 for food, and Jane, yet another $7 on your wine." she will't argue or be indignant, because as you mentioned, she's the only guy or woman who beverages it. good success!
