First, cooked in beer with onions till just done. Then cooked on the grill until browned. In a bun, with wholegrain mustard and sauerkraut. Delicious

I like them almost any way, but I'm a HUGE fan of them with a spicy mustard, grilled or sauteed onions and peppers, and a big bun, to soak up all of the juices from the onions & peppers. YUM!

huge and fat with cheese, ketchup, and real bacon bits. venison brats are awesome.
