Has anyone heard of or have a recipe for (I don't know how to spell it so I'm going to spell it phonetically) fa-ta-a-shib-ni? It's a pocket of some kind of fried white cheese.

My ex-husband is Jordanian and we used to eat it all the time at this great restaurant in Little Rock, AR.

Thanks!

Is it from Swiss cows? Sugar and cocoa aren't even native to Switzerland.

Or, is there actually better chocolate, that I haven't tasted, from Columbia or somewheres?

Ta.

How do good burger restaurants get their burger patties so much better?

I've tried dozens of recipes from books and the internet, but none have come close.

The parchment paper method is the common way to cook "fish in a bag" but I couldn't locate parchment in the store. I'm thinking if I form a "boat", place the fish, peppers, onions and spices inside and then wrap it up loosely, it will still conduct the necessary heat to steam-cook inside the foil. Am I on the right track? Thanks to everyone.

If you consume your drink in the coffee shop, do you use their glass mugs or a paper disposeable cup?
If the later, then why?

OK, I know this is really bad....but I need to go grocery shopping...anyway, I want to make steaks for dinner tonight, but I don't know how to work the grill (freezing outside anyway).

Can you cook them in the pan? What about inside the oven? If so how, and how long?

I was going to toss them in the slow cooker, but it is too late for that...

I could do chicken fried steaks...as a last resort, since I always do that.

We are constantly being told that a glass of red wine is good for your health but how many glasses of red wine are there in a standard 75cl bottle. No depends on how big the glass is answers please, the phrase "glass" obviously has some official meaning if we are urged to drink a glass a day.

I just love nachos. I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, they are loaded with grease from the nacho chips and grease from the cheese. Can you buy low fat or fat free cheese? Any suggestions for healthier nachos?
