I want something different beside cheddar cheese on my toasted chese sandwich.

can anyone give me some nice chesse that goes nice with toasted ham sandwich?

Ham and Swiss on grilled Rye Bread, a slice of tomato adds a bit of a kick too

Muenster cheese is fabulous...melts great. If you like cheddar and want something a little different you could always try "smoked cheddar" as well.

Land o lakes American cheese Yummy. Can add a little bit of Spag sauce too

Edam, Tasty or Colby goes great.

Also, a sprinkle of paprika is delectable!

How about brie, gruyere(a nuttier, milder swiss my favorite) , smoked cheddar, havarti, fontina, oh i'm hungry now, monterey jack, and swiss (classic)
