Mix ripe avocado with (chopped)onions,jalapenos,tomatoes,cilantro--then squeeze juice from a lime or lemon on the mixture. The amount you need is determined by how many you are serving. If you start out with a little and see that you may need more, take the dip and put 3 tablespoons of sour cream in it to stretch it.Delicious.Salt the dip just before you serve it.Happy eating......

MMM yes! I like mine pretty plain (ie no tomatoes or onions.)
Take 2 Avocadoes, cut them in half, remove the seed, and scoop them into a bowl
Add some soy sauce (maybe like a teaspoon or more to taste)
Add lots of garlic powder
A sprinkle of onion powder
A dash of curry (JUST enough so that you can taste it, too much curry will ruin it)
A squirt of lemon juice
Stir it so that it is still a little chunky.
It is deeee-licious.
