I need to be able to bake the meatballs on a cookie sheet before adding them to the pre-packaged sauce.

This is for a spaghetti dinner for 75 or so, so the recipe needs to be pretty simple.

I'm buying the sauce from a wholesale club. Thanks!

I'm looking for a recipe for vegan hot dog sauce or hot dog chili. I looked on the ingredients of a 98% Fat Free can and it was all vegan except for the beef fat. It actually had TVP in it. Who would've guessed. So if anyone knows of a recipe for hot dog chili sauce I'd love to have it.
And by the way I will be eating it with vegan hot dogs!

My boyfriend and I are in a somewhat of a long distance relationship because of college, and I would like to cook a nice romantic dinner for the both of us when he drives up to see me in a few weekends. I was thinking somewhere along the lines of a chicken dish with a lite sauce or something like that and would like to know what wines I could possibly choose. Don't worry, we are both of age to drink (I'm 21 and he's 22).

If you have ANY suggestions for the chicken dish, sides, dessert, or wine go ahead and post it. I'm not really set on anything except for the chicken. I'd be willing to try most suggestions, but please be simple and cheap. I am a college student with a small kitchen, limited cooking experience (although the majority of what I cook tastes pretty darn good according not only to myself but also to others and comes out looking nice), and don't have much of a budget, but still want to do something nice.

If possible please include ingredients and/or cooking instruction.

This might seem a bit stupid.....but in the bolognese sauce, which has meat it in, is the meat already cooked and you are just heating it up again with the sauce.......or is the meat raw?

Whats the liklihood of getting caught, and most of all my two friends are getting a ride home after, will they smell of it? Please tell me, im getting really paranoid about this...
