So an evening with Charles Mansen, right? In the 60's many of us didn't eat meat and went the vege route. But lots of us also were indulging in Chicken Divan, Chicken Corden Bleu, and so on. I'd make a great Pork Roast with a white wine/dijon sauce and serve it with Baked Potatoe Casserole and Fresh Green Beans Almondine or Peas. For appetizers i'd consider salsa and chips, Hot Artichoke Dip with crackers, or prawns and cocktail sauce. For dessert, cupcakes are all the rage, but I'd also include browniies and gourmet cookies. For the vegetarians among you, the Baked Potato Casserole should suffice, especially if you have some Morningstar Farms Chicken Patties on hand to serve with the wine sauce. Bon Appetit!

Think fondue, chex mix, pigs in a blanket, pimento and cheese sandwiches, or serve old fashioned tv dinners...they were the height of the "in-fashion" in the late 60's. For dessert, vanilla icecream with the green cream de minthe is an absolute! Wow this remembering my childhood sneaking down to my parents parties.....ah, memories! Have a great party!
