We could do a:
Sex in the City theme
Return to the 90s
Return to the 60s
Luau
Fiesta (Tex/Mex)
Mardi Gras
Hollywood/Red Carpet (Set up a photo op area by the door with a back drop and make sure all the guests take a picture)
If she's into "Heroes" have all the guests come as one of the "others" from the show. The 25yrs old could be "THE CHEERLEADER"

A Hawaiian Party is cool, and fun. The decoration are easy, and the dress code is colorful. The food and drinks could be co;orful and fun too!
