Skimmed milk with cereal or poached eggs on brown bread, for breakfast, always eat breakfast
plenty of water and fruit through out the day.
try and not eat too much red meat like beef, white meat like turkey , chicken and also rabbit are better for your cholesterol. Also plenty of veg and salads no butter on potatoes as they are very starchy, , only eat bacon., sausages, burgers and chip's in moderation, and yogurts instead of puds. Try not to eat after 8 pm. Good luck

Breakfast - an apple, a nourishing fruit smoothie made from a selection of your favourite fruit, and natural yoghurt mixed with cucumber [puree in a blender].
Snack - a handful of UNSALTED nuts, a 1/4 teaspoon of sunflower seeds and another smoothie
Lunch - Fresh tuna or salmon on a plate with big chunks of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, grated carrots, pieces of cucumbers, anything to make a salad, and Two glasses of water purified [put in kettle, boil, and leave to cool].
Snack - if you're still peckish at this time have lots of liquids
Dinner - veggie fingers [made with breadcrumbs] followed by lots of vegetables, such as sweetcorn, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes.

Hope this helped xx

I also have a reasonably balanced nutrition ordinary. I consume a splash each and everything yet I also have a splash an obsession with lentils (that are a variety of grain). i could consume lentils any day every time everywhere. i think of it fairly is because of the fact i'm anemic and my physique craves the iron. I generally tend to take excitement in meals that are loaded with iron.

BREAKFAST:
OATMEAL (supposedly steel cut oats/meal is the best)
plain or mix a little fruit in (i like apples & cinnamn, peel apple, slice real thin, -toss in oatmeal pan, or stew separatly w/ little water, little, cinn. & sugar)

lunch lean meat-turkey sandwich. open faced, onlt 1 slice bread--less carbs. or try a tomatoe, slice it up, put tuna in middle, or chickn sald in middle. or bed of lettuce, rolled up turkey, lots of veggies--red peppers, carrot sticks, broccoli, mmmm

dinner
salmon is good. toss it on grill, very healthy, squeeze alittle lemon ove it, a liitle pepper, or garlic
serve w/ yummy salad for a side, or a rice or couscous. or even just sautee'd veggies.
my favorite sauteed veggies, little olive oil, red pepper, yellow squash, zucchinni, onion--MMMMmmm can eat it plain

just light on the red meats, & u said no processed foods. fruits & vegs!
