Any probiotics or enzyme supplements that others find helpful? Preparation methods or food combinations that may help? I try to eat sardines and/or tuna several times a week for health benefits of fish, but it always seems to sit heavy on my stomach the rest of the day. Fresh fish doesn't seem to do this but fresh fish is far more expensive and less convenient. Canned fish is easier on my budget and my busy lifestyle but hard on my digestion. Thanks.
