kebabs are ideally eaten with slices of onion and a dash of lime. Never with chili sauce. Instead a green sauce or 'chutney' - made of mint, corriander (cilantro) would be the ideal accompaniment. All the same, you should taste it and add whatever you think goes best with it.

I wouldnt,it will spoil the taste of your kebab. You'l only be able to taste the chilli & wish you never put it on.A little bits ok if you like it but never loads of hot chilli.

Try a small amount for starters. If you like it, live it up and get more. Enjoy your kebabs!

Have loads it is scientifically proven to make you feel better.

Chilli (and other hot foods) stimulate the pain receptor in the brain which releases it's own pain killing endorphins giving you a rush making you feel good.

too much chilli is not good for health, esp the red one.

Take the extra sauce but have it served separately and use it on your hot apple pie.
