first you have to make sure which items you are using on which level.

there is something called " Eye Level shelf " , these the most important items to be sold or being sold .
check the colors when you do the shelves mix the colors so you could see the difference between the items.

the big products are down , its " the hand level shelf" , the bigger it is the lower you put it.

on the top , over the " eye level shelf " you put the packs of the items below. ex: a full pack of gum ,etc.....

Shelves are routinely checked and restocked at all times during the day. If there are particular items are actually completely sold out, stores will simply replace the "empty" place with other items, or move items from the back of the shelf to the front to complete the facade.

dude, your gonna have to fluff out your stock. see what you have in your stock room,and pull what you need out.If you have to have 5 facings of one wine or what ever do it. put the crappy stuff in the front with signage. Now you can get rid of all that thunderbird!
