Does anyone know where I can order the icing used in commercial bakeries like those in grocery stores?

I usually just put ketchup, but when I'm feeling creative I toast the buns with cheddar cheese in it (to melt it) and then put pizza sauce (or pasta sauce) onions, and bacon.

How do you like your dogs?

I tried tuna steaks for first time recently. Made marinade with garlic, orange and lemon zest and their juice, lemon pepper. Very good; but dry. Any suggestions? Maybe a sauce for topping?

They are bite size balls of chocolate surrounded with candy shell. You simply place them in the microwave, which causes the inner chocolate to melt. Then when you bite into it, the shell cracks open and rich liquid chocolate fills your mouth. I would like to create a prototype. What do you think?

I love home-grown and heirloom tomatoes you get in the summertime. They have wonderful flavor and texture. I've noticed the tomatoes you find at the market this time of year look OK, but they're tasteless and mushy. Aren't they grown under the same conditions as the summer ones? What's the difference?
