I just got my humidor up and going again after letting it sit for a very long time. Will the cigars inside moisten enough to smoke or do i just have to pitch the whole lot?

Just keep it in your humidor. It could take two weeks but they should be ok. They might have lost some flavor but they should be smokable. You might want to discard ones that have many cracked outer leaves.
